Cancelling Your Subscription

Are your boxes arriving faster than you can go through them? Did you start a subscription to save a buck, but realize that ordering month-to-month would work better for you? Well here’s what we can do for you:

Pause Your Subscription

If you’d like to take a break from receiving boxes, but don’t want to go through the whole checkout process again when you’re ready for more, you may pause your subscription. While paused, you will not be charged, and you will no longer receive shipments for that subscription.

To pause your subscription, click here to navigate to your subscriptions page. Click “View” next to the Subscription you’d like to pause, then click the “Suspend” button.

Pausing an Annual Subscription

If you pause an annual subscription, you have 3 months to renew it, after which it will be cancelled and you will be charged a fee. (See Cancelling An Annual Subscription.)

Cancelling A Subscription

If you’re tired of getting boxes every month, and want to go back to buying on an as-needed basis, you can cancel your subscription.

To cancel your subscription, first click here to navigate to your “My Subscriptions” page. From there, click “View” next to the Subscription you’d like to cancel, then click the button labelled “Cancel”.

Cancelling A Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled by you at any time. If you later decide you’d like to subscribe again, you will have to start a new subscription.

Cancelling An Annual Subscription

Annual subscriptions are intended to give users a discount for making a long-term commitment. As such, cancelling an annual order will require you to pay a cancellation fee of $19.99 plus the discount you received for the months the subscription was active.

For example, if you were on the Single Subscription Annual Plan for four months, you would pay $67.84 to cancel:

• The cancellation fee is $19.99.
• The Single Subscription Plan costs $99.95/month
• You paid for $84.00/month for 3 of the 11 months of the plan (The sign-up fee is ignored).

$19.99 + ($99.95 – $84.00) * 3 = $67.84
